Our Katey’s Teddington nursery is a warm and inspiring space, featuring handcrafted equipment, plenty of natural light, and a unique central piazza that encourages community and belonging. Children enjoy sensory-rich experiences—from outdoor dining to daily adventures in local green spaces—designed to promote confidence, resilience, and joyful learning. The nursery is easily accessible, nestled between Hampton Wick and Teddington, with strong transport links and a friendly neighbourhood feel.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our team.

As a Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver the EYFS framework through engaging, child-led play
• Support the development of key children through observation, assessment, and planning
• Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
• Ensure safeguarding and inclusive practice is at the heart of everything you do
• Work as part of a friendly, collaborative team in a well-resourced, stimulating environment

What We’re Looking For

• A full & relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A solid understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring attitude and a commitment to high-quality childcare
